Peak District near Longshaw

Late yesterday evening a fellow blipper who is over from France got in touch to say a group of retired Probation staff were walking today. Neither of us could do this walk but we went to the pub, The Grouse Inn (see extra) and we were joined by the walkers. I was seeing people I had not seen for many years and it was very enjoyable. I took the main blip just from the car park.

It was a great surprise and got me out and about a bit. Good day.
