Lunch

Special treat today - lunch with two ex-colleagues. I've not seen one of them since she retired seven years ago. It was smashing catching up and finding out how we all fill our time and who else each of us has seen or spoken to recently. Not all great news because as we get older those we've worked with start falling prey to the illness which come with age but mostly good and we had a laugh. Lovely weather after yesterday so I drove home cross-country rather than on the motorway so I saw the countryside waking up as spring bites hard
