A caring carer

Today we went to a tea party in aid of McMillan Cancer Nurses. There was entertainment from a talented young singer who sang a variety of tunes from the 40's to the 80's but perhaps the most popular amongst the many folks from care homes who attended were the old Vera Lynn favourites.There were several young carers looking after their charges with obvious love and dedication.
