Off the wagon

Having been really good with my new eating regime I had a little break from it today in a good cause: my mum’s birthday pub lunch. So I had new potatoes with my sea bass, followed by delicious rhubarb and custard creme brûlée and, later, two of my dad’s ‘Mildred’s buns. Fortunately I had an energetic hour-and-a-half of badminton this evening, and I’ll be back on the programme tomorrow.
