Old Bridge has been replaced

Scotrail will take this bridge away some day soon, it didn't fit with regulations for disabled use so they built a new one with a lift.

I'm quite fond of the old one, it has character though could maybe do with a lick of paint. The mum on it with her son reminds me of doing the same, waiting for a train to pass so we could wave at it.

Did a nightshift last night, 12 hours straight without a break. Went to bed at half five, hubby got up at quarter to six, then phone went at half eight and to make sure I was up I had a text at quarter to nine.

Aye well, this work was crucial and time relevant. Feel good for getting it done but oh have an aching back from sitting at the computer all night. Rewarded myself a walk to town and toasty for breakfast.
