Graham went for a run first thing and I went down to the gym, where I discovered this bruise. This is the only photo I took all day, and it was just to send to Gillian to say “the other day when you hit me with the table it really did hurt!”

Second leg-bruise-blip this week. Plenty more left to photograph if I’m desperate in the coming days.
