Enjoyed a night out with Japanese colleagues in Tokyo who used to work in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Amazing, fun to speak about each of our experiences we had there.

All of them are working very hard and late ever since they have returned. One of them told me a story of being abused in front of everyone for not meeting the requirments despite working until 4 am (from 8 am) for a couple of days.
There seems to be more severe working conditions then myself. I don't know when the majority of the bosses will understand what work & life balance is.
