REBELION

Some nameless being wants no one to post prior the day they joined.  I can swear on a stack of BIBLES this was taken on the 27th of MAY 1972. 
I had intended to post it on the 27th May this year but me dander's up!
If you know me, can you wonder at poor Alice looking a touch apprehensive? 
It was a Registry Office do, but "the Reverend with the unfortunate initials" - namely V. D. Clarke, said he would Bless us after the ceremony.  Apparently, for all practical purposes he did a complete Wedding service at Cockermouth Church.

And NO I did NOT mean Cottonmouth Church. Ruddy Spill chucker.
