Homage to Spring Sunshine

From a rather dismal morning, the afternoon turned out beautifully.
Not only did the sun appear, but so did my original friend of many talents, over from County Cork on a short visit.

We did the ‘ladies who lunch’ act and took ourselves out to the local hostelry before returning to the Dower House in time for His Lordship to crack open the wine and we ladies to continue with the ‘crac’ having had 3months of separation to catch up on.

It was after my friend had gone, that I remembered that there was no blip in the can, which is why you have a hurried capture of what the Lady of the Dower House was wearing as a tribute to spring sunshine.
