Glass wall

Went for an MRI at St George's this morning (early! - I had to catch the train at 7:30am).  Never had one before, so it was quite an experience.  Slightly more claustrophobic than I'd expected, but I closed my eyes and breathed through it and it was ok - though long!  I was in there for a good 40 mins or so.

Had a good day at work after that, then went out for a quick drink afterwards with a few colleagues (and Tessa, who left for a new job recently).  Hurried home to help Tim take our food shop in, but it had been cancelled as our driver had been waiting several hours for a van and still hadn't got one (and we were 17th on his delivery list).  Boo!
