Had a mooch down at Ouaisne whilst TheAphid had his piano lesson. I spotted two green hairstreak butterflies chasing each other, wished I'd brought the Fuji with me and not just my phone.

There was some loud construction noise going on around the beach. It turns out they are doing 'essential rock face stabilisation works to allow important archaeological deposits to be protected from coastal erosion'.
