no sting in the tail

Redilady and I walked to our polling station and like her I was surprised to find a choice of six candidates when we had only heard from two or three. Not being a supporter of any of the main parties I made my choice by a process of elimination, which of them would I definitely not want to see  representing me.
We walked the prettier way home and I was lucky enough to spot this hoverfly inspecting a clump of dandelions.
