House Sparrow Nest

Taking the pups for a walk walk on my lunch break today and they were very interested in what was going on inside a small bush. I took a peek inside to find a small house sparrow's nest with 4 little eggs in it, just on the ground (seems like a horrible place for such small eggs -_-). We actually found a similar nest last year, Mr. Badger had mowed down some very tall grass and we discovered the nest later. It was abandoned, not surprisingly, after that scare. At least the bush isn't in danger of being chopped down any time soon!
