Splashy Monday

Today, our hibiscus bloomed after a sabbatical of some four months!  As it improved the general mood, I thought to shoot it for today.

Started on the Culture & Identities MOOC today.  Anything about culture always perks me up, almost the way genealogy, travel, and photography do, and there's a practical side as well -- it'll come in handy for that International Management course I'm helping out with.  Aside from that, though, all I did was more reading in bed.  I still wake up early but I don't think I mind that.  It is fab to have time to nap in the afternoon, though.
