It's raining again

We landed  at Gatwick at 6.15am and there was, unsurprisingly, heavy rain.

Our journey through the airport and home was, however, without issue and we arrived home at 8.45am.

I had to take my car to the garage as it had been having issues just before we left and then collect the dogs from the kennels.

The drive to the kennels was a nervous one as I had left instruction that I was not to be contacted in the event of bad news about Ripley.

He was OK though and we were all soon home.

The news from the garage was not so good.

I'd not even noticed that this orchid was about to flower before we left.
