I have quite enjoyed watching the canoeists down on the river, it does look physically hard work and very cold but seems a lot of fun. I did wonder whether he had left some paint work on the pole..

Have been out climbing this morning and I think my activity was a tad warmer than this chaps. It was nearly a toss up between this and a bloke struggling on 3 pebble slab but I spared him ;-)
