Notes: Woke up feeling awful again, didn't get much done thru the day. Didn't go for errands, got in some pool time and a bit on the beach. Felt so out of sync all day, on the phone quite a bit: Larry, Shirl, Steph, Mic. Went to bed early after doing some writing.
