Northowram Scarecrow Festival!

The Northowram Scarecrow Festival takes place every May Day bank holiday weekend and it is always lovely to see many of the houses showcasing their scarecrow creations. 

The event officially starts tomorrow so there are a few scarecrows yet to be put in place. However, I felt like I was at the premiere of a new film, the day before it is released to the public. Nobody else was looking at the scarecrows tonight...my own private show on a gloriously sunny evening stroll. Perfect!
