American Bull Frog

Instead of birds today I went on an amphibian and reptile trip! It was a bit hot and dry, so we had much less luck than we would have had on a wet, cool day - but we did all right with salamanders and a few frogs, plus on huge snapping turtle and - purely by chance - a fabulous barred owl...
