jeezo, this was a day...

elaine came round at 9.50am to have a chat and buy stones - it was lovely to see her and hear about her nz adventures. she left at 12.40 to find that someone had smashed into her car so badly that it left a hole in the metal - and left no note. so we waited 4 hours for the police who eventually phoned and said it was a hit and run. such a shame.

so, I got none of the work I was meant to do done. then we got a massive bill for our own stupid car from the garage and had a row about that. perfect.
