Genius

We had our own little Halloween Party this evening whilst waiting for some spooky visitors. It wasn't enough that Miss A learned the dance moves for Time Warp and shouted 'Ghostbusters' at all the appropriate places of the song, not to mention fashioning her hand into a phone shape when it says 'Who ya gonna call?', she has now branched out into comedy.

After having a few Trick or Treaters at the door telling jokes, Miss A came up with her own which I think is very, very clever for a 3 year old:

Why did the dog get a barking ticket on him?

Now, don't go looking for a punchline as she didn't actually have one but, come on, dog - barking ticket? Total genius!

Her other one:

Why did the cat live with somebody? Because he was in the flat.

Perhaps not quite in the same league but shows definite potential.

It was a very Happy Halloween and Little D got into the spirit of things busting some moves of his own...and stealing the sweets meant for the Trick or Treaters! Happy days :)
