Gate

Gary and I took Daisy a lovely walk along Yellowcraigs beach this morning. We took a walk up Byres Hill to the Hopetoun Monument on the way home.
Through the gate are 132 steps taking you to the top of the 95ft tower. The views from the top are stunning but the dark, spiral staircase of uneven stone steps is not something I felt like braving today.
