Parkrun

After a few beers last night and bed way after midnight for L and I it was up early for Parkrun this morning.

L hasn’t ran for ages and can take or leave it but she was keen to do it today.

She did great as I ran round with her. MrsT drove L down as I took the bike.

MrsT was very close to a new PB. It’s coming!

Afterwards L and I walked to the shop for lunch rolls then L went swimming lesson whilst MrsT & I went to the shops to choose new glasses (for MrsT).

A wee bike ride after dinner to the park and now L is in bed watching Matilda and MrsT & I have cracked open a bottle of Prosecco and watch the last of season 2 Billions.
