Payola

I only took one (very poor) photo in daylight hours on Tyneside today, forgetting that the clocks had gone back and that darkness would be upon us very soon. So I have ended up blipping the emergency supplies in case our door gets chapped by vampires or other scary monsters tonight.

Actually we've only had one visitation so far. They looked quite terrifying, but took some sweeties and said "Thank you very much" very politely! No, of course they didn't take the fresh fruit. That was just there in case their mum happened to be with them..... :-)
