Tree huggers

I woke up early this morning due to the clocks changing, and as I lay in bed seeing the hint of sunshine on the curtains I decided that I should spend the extra time in bed rather than out in the forest.

This is what is called a mistake - one that I spent the entire drive into work kicking myself about.

Fortunately lunchtime gave me the perfect opportunity to get out. I know, I know, I meant to spend this week blipping Christchurch before I left for good, but the New Forest is just so damn photogenic in the sunshine.

Determined to head somewhere other than Holmsley during lunch I managed to get a bit further along the A35 before I realised I was running out of time. I was rather surprised that I found very little to blip, but I'm not complaining too much about these trees - so lonely they spend their time hugging each other!
