Motorway chaos

The M60 ground to a halt on Friday night, getting to work took nearly an hour for what is usually a 20 mon journey, I hate being late but there was nothing I could do about it.
Then overnight a section of it was closed part of it for roadworks then it was extended due to a ‘police incident’. The incident reportedly involved negotiators and a man being detained under the ‘mental health act’, so sad. Driving home in the morning I avoided the motorway as I didn’t fancy being stuck in the traffic again.
