Time out

12 km run this morning 8k with Mark and 4k on my own, 3 of the last 4k were all sub 6 minutes and it was starting to feel like old times when a long Sunday run would cover 32k in 2.5 hours. A trip down to the Bay this afternoon saw a number of people enjoying the warm day.
