All good at the check up - as expected the pain killers have reduced any pain. He has to take what look like cod liver oil tablets daily to support his bones and joints.

Rain stopped play for most of the day so we have hung out at home. Hence the dark picture. The lousy weather provided a good excuse for guilt free relaxation however.
