The Ivy

Amy and Oliver were back for the weekend.  They were meant to be dog-sitting Stanley as Isobel and I were meant to be going to see Tears for Fears in Birmingham and staying overnight with my sister in Coventry, but, illness in the band has meant that the tour has been postponed until Feb 2019.  That is one heck of a sore throat!

We had booked Sunday brunch at The Ivy in Cheltenham.  The setting, service and food were delightful and set us up well for lounging around and doing nothing for the rest fo the day!

The blip is of The Neptune Fountain in The Promenade in Cheltenham, it was so tempting to just jump in, even at 11.00am as we made our way to brunch!
