Bluebells.

West Woods, Marlborough.

We went out for lunch to The Lamb in Marlborough. We had been before and it was fabulous, but the chef had moved on and I hadn't heard much about it recently. One of my friends went last week and was raving about it again- so we thought we would give it a go. Well...roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, parsnips and eleven different vegetables on your plate! Amazing value at £12 and beautifully cooked too.

We then needed to walk this off, so we headed out to West Woods at Lockeridge for a walk to see the bluebells. I don't think they were as prolific as last year, but they had such a gorgeous aroma.

Islay managed to find a big muddy puddle....she is now drying off after a deep bath....
