Mom and Ten...Shopping Again

I was real surprised to come out of the thrift store and see mama duck and ten ducklings. Since there is no water in the area, I wondered where she was leading them. I had to ask.

There were only 4 choices for her to shop in, so I started grilling her.

1. "Are you going into VG's ? (a grocery store.)
"I can't shop at that store,
they charge SO MUCH more!"

2. "Are you going into the Chinese restaurant?"
"I've heard they serve duck,
so they won't get my buck!"

3. Are you going into Community Threads?(the thrift store)
"The kid's sizes?
Don't have a clue.
So. I'll probably have...
to buy brand new."

4. Are you going into the Karate Dojo?
"Maybe you can't tell
by the size of my chicks(???).
But we're really not known,
for our long high kicks.

It's still a mystery, but I hope she can lead them to water...somewhere.
