Had an early start to the day got up around 6 made myself a nice omelette did a bit of tidying up and then went off to see a friend in hospital

From there then went and caught up with a friend who lives on a narrowboat and is currently not too far a way to nip and see in the day so I drive to Wales this was just before sunset
