Peace, Love, & a Groovy Journey . . .

. . to End Ovarian Cancer.” That was the theme of Teal Tea’s charity event today. Table Captains are responsible for decorating their table in line with the theme. (Tomorrow I hope to add some extras via my PC - phone won’t do it, sorry.).
This table also brought the (cardboard) life-size front of a VW van, complete with more peace signs & steering wheel. People posed behind the window holes to have their picture taken - - really cute!! The room was awash with all sorts of groovy decorations at the tables, not to mention some pretty groovy clothing!
I was Chair of the (very successful) Wall of Wine auction table; 3 winners each got 15 bottles of wine in the 3 wine racks & 3 baskets, along with various wine items & paraphernalia.
The day was a rousing success; fun had by all! . . . and wonderful financial gains for our cancer programs.
