Walking by the Clutha River

The Walking group drove to Clyde, (near Alexandra), and walked from there towards Alexandra on the true right of the Clutha River.  It was a lovely walk in the shelter of the trees, away from the cold wind.  Some of us walked 9 k's, others 12 k's.  We had a lovely cuppa in a local cafe before heading for home.  19 of us there today.  Not so much traffic around, so was a nice drive there and back again.  The extras are the ones that missed the cut.
