Remembering

This is in honor of my mom and dad. Dad would have been 113 today and mom would have been 105 tomorrow. The picture was taken as they cast their vote for city Mayor of Empire, Oregon Nov. 4, 1958. My dad became the new Mayor. We were living in So. Calif. at the time. Our oldest daughter was almost one year old.

Today is also the anniversary of hubby and my first date. Another nice day to remember. Dad told me it was okay to miss his birthday party. :-) It has been 56 1/2 wonderful years of wedded bliss.
