Nia

Started the day with a Nia class. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this form of dance/exercise however I loved it. Good fun and good exercise. I will be back.

In the afternoon I was dropping off some strawberry plants to our neighbour and I found Haggis sheltering from the very warm sunshine. He looked a bit surprised that I had spotted him.
