Sunrise

I was up with the lark at 5:30 am to capture a stunning sunrise over Salcombe. By 8 I was in the sea for a 1km swim - chilly but so clear and calm. I then went for a 10 km trot along to cliff path and saw a deer that made me burst into tears (of sheer joy!)
Brunch and beach with Henry and a BBQ with friends and I’m done in.
