Cycling Sunday Selfie

We had breakfast in the hotel and had a nice easy drive back from Derby in the sun. As it was so nice we decided to go out on the bikes. I've rode all my life but Claire doesn't ride much so I blew off the cobwebs on her bike and pumped up the tyres.

Claire is actually really good on a bike considering and we did about 12 or so miles, I'm sure she could have gone further but when bottoms start to hurt you have to head back.

Later on we headed to my mate Daves for a BBQ and catch up, it's been glorious weather and it's great to be outside at 11:00 at night and feeling warm.
