Wings up , wings down....

Another warm, dry ,sunny day. Managed to get some cows and calves in from the field to tag the calves.
One of the most important financial jobs of the year this afternoon. A trip to the SRUC offices to fill in my annual IACS form. Love or hate them , unfortunately ,farm subsidies are an essential part of every farm business and the IACS form details every acre of land you farm.
Back home to go round feeding sheep again , but had to leave half way to pick up Junior from the bus ( seemingly I was told about this this morning !)
Back to feed the rest of the fields and a lot of local wildlife too. In one field this pair of geese , 2 shell duck and a hen pheasant were all feeding from the sheep troughs. There were also 3 hares keeping a safe distance.
