Derelict Sunday

People are strange.  And lazy. And many other things.
* Why bring garbage you know is too big to fit in these containers?
* Why hasn't the containers been epmtied when they are more than full?

I mailed this image to the company responsible for these stations and got a thank-you-reply at once.  But I haven't checked if it looks better now.
