Back across the bog

Why would a dozen tracks across blanket bog all converge at a single, ever so slightly elevated spot?  Because this is the summit (summit, ha) of Mungrisdale Common, probably the gentlest and flattest of all Wainwrights.  

Still, it gave good views all around from the centre of the Skiddaw/Blencathra massif.  And Mrs M could cool her feet down.
