Morecambe Bay - the tide was in!

View across Morecambe Bay before the rain closed in. My two brothers and I had a day trip to old haunts in Lancashire, the first day together for years. It was good to share the time and we enjoyed a good drive following an interesting route. Outward via Curbar Edge, Chapel en le Frith, M67/M60/M66; over the tops towards Blackburn and more motorways to Lancaster, Morecambe, Bolton-le-Sands, Halton; back to Derbyshire via Bentham, Skipton, Keighley, Huddersfield and the Strines country lane in the dark....
