Started at the Gym today.....
One of the perks of living in at 55+ community is that there is a gym, 3 pools (1 indoors and heated all winter) exercise groups, yoga, tai chi, dance, balance, stretch and more.
Today I walked the girls in the morning, went to the gym and the elliptical machine, the muscle strengthening max hens and after lifting a few weights, I headed to the pool and swam laps for 40 mins. It was so wonderful to get back to exercising and I love to swim! I was swimming before I could walk. That scared the tar out of my mom:-).
It was a great day and I am ready for bed now!
