Kombucha
Made up a couple of jars of Kombucha today. I have been making it for quite some time but have had a break since selling our business. Now we are settled I’ll get back into it again.
I make and drink it for it’s supposedly health benefits.
It’s a fermented black tea with sugar and a Scooby (bacteria and yeast) bug which adsorbs the sugar and the finished result after the fermenting process is a fizzy refreshing drink which I bottle into wine bottles. Best to Google for more info. But good for the gut etc. It seems to be having a big resurgence at the moment have seen it in Restaurants etc.
