Had a great family day out at Sherwood pines on the bikes with the Aspberys. We did about 10 miles off road, mostly on single track with lots of lumps and bumps and swoopy bits. The kids did so well, especially little Eva and in the heat too. So proud of her. She has such a good attitude to having a go and getting on with it.
