An unexpected delivery arrived this morning.  A fabulous box of fresh scones, plain and fruit with jam and marmalade.  They were sent to me by a colleague, another one of the Assistants in London, who I've dealt with over the last couple of years but who I've only met in person a couple of times.  The world is full of lovely people.
