If you look carefully you'll see there's a puppy peeking out in the cyclist's backpack.  Clearly a regular arrangement as the dog was totally cool with it.

I actually see a lot of dogs on bicycles with their people; however, I'm usually not in the right place at the right time with the camera.  Mostly the dog is in the grocery basket up front.
