Painted stones

These have been located in various rockeries for a few years now, and for their next move it seemed like a good idea to re varnish them. They were acquired from various places we visited and painted by my youngest when she was about 11.

Another hot day concluded by a sudden downpour which cooled the day off, and saved a bout of watering.
Both doglets have enjoyed their latest walk when it was much cooler and the grass had a nice crisp damp feel to it. Bet it was nicer on their paws than the hot pavements!
