Burano

Well we got here - both of us and had a jolly good time;   I'd forgotten just how vibrant the colours are and I fell in love with the place all over again. We had lunch there and stayed until mid afternoon when we headed back to San Marco.  One of the things which made it easier was that we travelled on the ferry rather than on a small boat which did away with gang planks and awkward steps. I was so pleased Jack managed to come as it wouldn't have been the same on my own.
