Scenes from around Toronto

My other adopted daughter T sent a message very late last night (or very early this morning, depending how you look at it). She was admitted to hospital and was in emergency awaiting appendectomy surgery. I walked over and took a very long lunch break to visit her while waiting for her Dr. I was able to spend almost 2 hrs with her. Her family is all in BC and she is best friends with our youngest. Never having had surgery she was nervous (& hungry/thirsty having had nothing to eat since sunday night). These photos are from my 1 hr walk today. We have offered pick-up and 24 hr nursing services if she wants to come stay with us once released. Her fabulous friends are all with her (1 is a nurse). They ran for a quick break/lunch while i was there. Off to cover yoga class tonight and my usual weekly Aquafit class, hope i can find some energy.
